Before confirmation

Availability requests sent through WhatsApp or phone are not necessarily confirmed bookings until the rental team confirms them.

After confirmation

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact Goa Car Zone as early as possible. Any applicable refund or cancellation charge will follow the terms communicated for that booking.
